As a first-generation art director in Korea’s publishing industry, Shur Ki-heun designed over 2,000 book covers, transforming book design from a domain of painters and publishers into a specialized field for graphic designers. As an educator and founder of design studio I&I, he left a significant mark on the industry, specializing in annual reports, brochures, in-house magazines, and book designs that set new standards in the field.
