7th Typojanchi 2021: A Turtle and A Crane

Typojanchi: The International Typography Biennale is an international design event hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and overseen by the Korea Craft & Design Foundation. Since its inception in 2001, Typojanchi has been the sole international event dedicated to typography, garnering significant acclaim both domestically and internationally. Each iteration of Typojanchi explores a unique theme, inviting typography to collaborate with diverse aspects of society and culture, such as literature, music, politics, economy, city, and environment. Past themes have included Typography and Literature in 2013, Typography and City in 2015, Typography and Body in 2017, and Typography and Object in 2019. The theme for Typojanchi 2021 is Typography (文字) and Life (生命).
