Kim Jin-woo

김진우

Professor at Konkuk University College of Design in Chungju, South Korea. Since 2004, he has been meeting with students in the ‘Interior Design Studio’ and ‘Furniture Design’ courses. He received his PhD from Hongik University College of Fine Arts and has published numerous papers and works related to furniture design. While thinking about how to connect the expertise he has accumulated with the life of this era, he challenged himself to write a book that is read by the public rather than a thesis. Since April 2015, he has been contributing his talents as a bi-weekly column to CROSS in Chungju, Korea, and has also contributed to various media such as the bi-monthly educational magazine Mindeulle, Korean Air’s in-flight magazine Beyond, and the daily newspaper *Hankyoreh. She wants to write healthily and happily and hopes to connect with others through her writing.

John Hill is an architect, freelance writer and editor, and published author. He grew up in Chicago, went to architecture school in Kansas, and then moved to New York City after working at an architecture firm in Chicago for ten years. She is a PhD candidate in the HCI Lab at Yonsei University. She is currently collaborating with HAII, a company specializing in digital therapeutics, to develop a voice agent that enhances executive functions in children with ADHD. Yoo Ji-won

Yoo Ji-won is designer who loves books and letters. She majored in visual design at Seoul National University’s Department of Industrial Design and worked as a book designer at Minsumsa. He received an artistic scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD, majored in typography at the Leipzig University of Graphic and Book Arts, and was a BK Research Professor at Hongik University’s Metadesign Center.
