A partner at BOUNDLESS(경계없는작업실) and the CEO of Spacewalk. After graduating from the Department of Architecture at Seoul National University, he gained practical experience at iArc before co-founding BOUNDLESS. Currently, he oversees business development for the team and focuses on solving architectural and urban issues through Spacewalk, an independent startup spun off from BOUNDLESS’s in-house technology team, BOUNDLESS-X, which collaborates with various experts and technologies. He has also served as an Urban Regeneration Advisory Committee Member and External Advisory Committee Member for the Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH).

충주에 위치한 건국대학교 디자인대학 교수. 2004년부터 ‘실내 디자인 스튜디오’와 ‘가구 디자인’ 교과목으로 학생들과 만났다. 홍익대학교 미술대학에서 박사학위를 받았으며 가구 디자인과 관련된 다수의 논문과 작품을 발표했다. 지금껏 쌓아온 전문지식이 이 시대의 삶과 연결되려면 어떻게 해야 할까 고민하던 중 논문이 아닌 대중에게 읽히는 글에 도전하게 되었다. 2015년 4월부터 지금까지 충주지역 «교차로»에 격주로 연재하는 칼럼으로 재능 기부하고 있으며, 격월간 교육 잡지 «민들레», 대한항공 기내지 «비욘드», 일간지 «한겨레» 등 여러 매체에 기고하며 대중과 만나는 글쓰기의 근육을 키웠다. 건강하고 즐겁게 글을 쓰고 싶고, 그 글을 통해 타인과 엮이길 희망한다.

Graduated from the Department of Ceramics at Ewha Womans University. She majored in Graphic Design at Braunschweig University of Art (Braunschweig Kunsthochschule) in Germany and earned a Ph.D. in Design Philosophy from the same institution.
